Trends and Insights for Museums
For the past 10 years, GuestViews has been giving a voice to visitors to museums and art centers, heritage monuments, tourist destinations, aquariums, zoos, etc. via our digital guestbook. Our solution enables these sites to collect invaluable information about their visitors on a daily basis, to better understand the bond that unites them.
But we wanted to go even further, beyond profile and satisfaction data (and so did our clients), because we're convinced that their ideas and feelings are an inexhaustible source of inspiration to help these venues prepare for the future!
That's why we launched T.I.M., aka Trends and Insights for Museums.
The aim: to set up thematic consultations to identify trends on forward-looking subjects, on a national scale.
